FIRST VERSION
My name is Marcela de Oliveira e Silva and I am an undergraduate student of Languages at UFMG, majoring in English teaching. Before starting my current course, I studied Biology for two years and a half, changing my major after I started teaching at the English school where I had studied for ten years and realized I would rather follow this career. Since then, besides teaching English to students of different levels, I have learned much about this language through Linguistics and Literature studies. At this point of my course, that is, my fourth semester, I am very interested in Medieval English and Welsh Literature, although I am also taking part in a Linguistics project that describes Portuguese spoken in Minas Gerais. Also, this semester I joined Cenex to work as an English teacher under professors' supervision. From now on, I intend to keep on learning about teaching processes and methods, as well as practicing. In addition, I intend to participate of interchange programs and researches on Medieval Literature.

Hi Marcela, the final version of your text is great! I forgot to mention the meaning of the word course, it is mostly used to refer to a university class or discipline, and not to your major... Please, rethink that sentence, upload an adequate photo and post everything on the Final versions of biodata page..
